In addition to running the agency, I also work as a photographer, videographer, artist manager, and producer. Being a signed model as a child in San Francisco, I truly saw the industry at a young age. I honestly never thought I'd be on the other side of the industry but here I am lol. With several years of experience in the fashion and modeling industry, I bring both a keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in front of the camera. As a passionate model myself, I’m dedicated to supporting and guiding new and established talent through the casting process. My goal is to help connect the right faces with the right opportunities, to help our clients bring their projects to life. Hey guys! I’m Isabelle, a Miami native now based in Los Angeles.

Growing up as an actress and dancer, I spent a lot of time in front of the camera, which gave me a real understanding of how vulnerable that experience can be. When I joined AF, my goal was to help create a space where talent feels seen, supported, and safe. Since starting as an intern and now working as a Senior Casting Assistant, I’ve been lucky to grow alongside some amazing projects and I’m so excited for whatever is next on set!
