We understand that life happens—emergencies and delays are sometimes unavoidable. However, due to the fast-paced nature of our industry and the trust placed in us by high-profile clients, it’s essential that we maintain the professionalism promised at all times.

Cancellation Policy

• 1st Cancellation (within 24 hours of call time): Considered a strict warning

• 2nd Cancellation (within 24 hours of call time): Results in removal from the AF Castings roster and revoked access to future submissions

• 1st & 2nd Cancellation (within 72 hours of call time): Considered a warning

• 3rd Cancellation (within 72 hours of call time): Results in removal from the AF Castings roster and revoked access to future submissions.

Late Policy

• 15+ minutes late: Subject to a 15% deduction from total compensation for the booking.

• 30+ minutes late: Subject to a 30% deduction from total compensation for the booking.

• 1 hr late: Immediate removal from the production, no compensation for the booking, removal from the AF Castings roster and revoked access to future submissions.

These early roles are a great way to get your foot in the door, grow your network, and position yourself for bigger bookings over time.

No, we do not exclusively sign or represent talent. Applying to our roster means you are a freelance model listed in our database and may be considered for future opportunities on a project-by-project basis.
