We understand that life happens—emergencies and delays are sometimes unavoidable. However, due to the fast-paced nature of our industry and the trust placed in us by high-profile clients, it’s essential that we maintain the professionalism promised at all times.
Cancellation Policy
1st Cancellation (within 24 hours of call time): Considered a strict warning
2nd Cancellation (within 24 hours of call time): Results in removal from the AF Castings roster and revoked access to future submissions
1st & 2nd Cancellation (within 72 hours of call time): Considered a warning
3rd Cancellation (within 72 hours of call time): Results in removal from the AF Castings roster and revoked access to future submissions.
Late Policy
15+ minutes late: Subject to a 15% deduction from total compensation for the booking.
30+ minutes late: Subject to a 30% deduction from total compensation for the booking.
1 hr late: Immediate removal from the production, no compensation for the booking, removal from the AF Castings roster and revoked access to future submissions.
Yes! We cast a wide range of productions—from background and extra work (often unpaid or low-paying) designed to help you build your portfolio and gain valuable on-set experience, to major campaigns and high-paying opportunities. These early roles are a great way to get your foot in the door, grow your network, and position yourself for bigger bookings over time.
Yes, you can. We do not exclusively sign or represent talent. Being on our roster means you are listed in our database as a freelance model and may be considered for opportunities on a non-exclusive, project-by-project basis. This allows you to remain flexible and continue working with other agencies or clients.
